Our essential service for trainers and sneakers in regular rotation — a full hand clean by someone who actually understands sneaker care, not a wipe-down or a machine wash that risks the pair more than it helps it.

What's included

• Full hand clean of the upper, matched to the actual material — rubber, leather, canvas, or mesh
• Midsole and outsole clean and refresh
• Deodorising treatment, included as standard
• Lace cleaning, or replacement on request
• Honest assessment if we spot anything that needs restoration rather than cleaning

Our process

Every pair is assessed on arrival before we start — checking material, condition, and any areas needing extra care. We clean by hand using products matched to the specific material in front of us, never a generic one-size-fits-all approach. Once cleaned, each pair goes through a final quality check before it's returned to you.

Materials we handle

Leather, suede, canvas, mesh, and synthetic uppers. If your pair is suede or nubuck specifically, our Suede & Nubuck Specialist Clean is built for the more delicate handling that material needs.

Turnaround

3–5 business days from when we receive your pair. Collection and delivery is available across Essex and London — get in touch to arrange, or post your pair to us securely.
