- Collection and delivery data: your address, used to arrange collection or delivery of items for cleaning, restoration, or sourcing
- Service-specific data: sizing, style preferences, and details you share relevant to a sourcing or authentication request
- Photographs of items: images taken of your footwear before and after cleaning or restoration, used for quality assurance and, where relevant, in reseller support listings

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain order and transaction data for six years after your last order, in line with UK tax record-keeping requirements. Photographs of items are retained only as long as necessary for quality records or, with your consent, for use in our own marketing or portfolio.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure storage and access controls limiting who at MASBOD can view your information.
7. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
