Why MASBOD Exists

I'm not going to pretend MASBOD started with a business plan. It started with getting sober, and having to rebuild pretty much everything else around that decision — how I dressed, how I trained, how I treated people, what I actually spent my time on.

Nobody handed me a manual for any of it. I worked it out the hard way, over years, mostly by getting things wrong first. MASBOD is what I wish someone had put in front of me at the start — not a lifestyle to perform for other people, but an actual standard to hold yourself to, built one decision at a time.

I still don't have it all figured out. But I've learned enough, the hard way, to think it's worth sharing — and worth building properly, for other men figuring out the same thing.
