Our process

Every restoration starts with an individual assessment — we'll tell you honestly what's achievable on your specific pair before any work begins. Structural issues like sole separation are rebonded, colour is corrected where faded or sun-damaged, and the pair is fully detailed as the final step. This is a considered, multi-stage project, not a single fixed process applied to every pair.

What we won't promise

We don't guarantee a specific cosmetic result on every pair, particularly heavily damaged or previously repaired ones — we'll always be upfront about what's realistic before starting, rather than overpromise and underdeliver.

Turnaround

10–14 business days, given the scope of work involved. Every restoration is assessed individually before work begins — we'll confirm scope and pricing with you first for anything outside the standard service.

Can any pair be restored? Most damage can be significantly improved, but not every pair can be returned to like-new condition — we'll assess yours honestly first.

Will this affect resale value? Done properly, restoration generally protects or improves resale value by addressing exactly the issues — yellowing, sole separation — that put buyers off.
