Private aviation & chauffeur

MASBOD sources private jet charter for single flights, multi-leg itineraries, and standing arrangements for members who travel frequently — matching aircraft to route, party size, and budget rather than defaulting to whatever's available. Chauffeur service is arranged door to door, with drivers briefed on your preferences in advance: which route, which temperature, silence or conversation. For commercial travel, MASBOD holds relationships across the major carriers that make first- and business-class upgrades, seat selection, and lounge access straightforward rather than a fight at check-in.

Itinerary planning

A MASBOD itinerary accounts for the whole trip, not just the flights. That means transfers timed to actual arrival gates rather than generic buffers, restaurant bookings that account for jet lag rather than assuming you'll want a three-hour dinner the night you land, and a realistic pace across multi-city trips rather than a schedule built to look impressive on paper. At Private Office level, this extends to a standing travel calendar — your manager plans ahead of known trips (an annual ski week, a recurring business route) rather than starting from zero each time you call.

Hotels & villas

MASBOD's hotel relationships extend beyond what's bookable through a standard search — upgraded rooms, early check-in and late check-out as standard, and in many cases access to inventory that isn't shown publicly at all, particularly during high-demand periods (major events, peak season, last-minute availability at fully booked properties). For villa and private house rentals, MASBOD vets the property directly rather than relying on listing photos, and handles staffing, provisioning, and any special requests before you arrive.

Visas, insurance & documentation

Visa requirements are checked and, where needed, applications are managed on your behalf — including expedited routes where a destination's rules allow them. Travel insurance is arranged to match the actual trip (adventure travel, high-value belongings, medical requirements) rather than a generic policy. Disruption management

Delays, cancellations, and missed connections are handled before they become your problem. At Private Office level, MASBOD monitors active bookings and rebooks automatically the moment a disruption is detected — a cancelled connecting flight is quietly replaced before you've reached the gate agent's queue. On Request and Private Access Members reach their manager directly for support, rather than working through an airline's own call centre.

Family & group travel

Coordinating travel for a family or a larger group is planned as one itinerary, not stitched together from individual bookings. That means seating kept together where it matters, transfers sized for the group, and accommodation booked with the actual party composition in mind — connecting rooms, appropriate villa layouts, or a private guide for a group with mixed ages and interests.

What this looks like in practice

A Private Office member is told on a Tuesday that a client meeting has moved to Singapore, Thursday morning.
