MASBOD's property relationships extend to agents and private sellers who make properties available before they're publicly listed — genuinely off-market opportunities, not simply early access to a listing that was always going public. Sourcing is built around a clear brief: location, budget, purpose (primary residence, investment, second home), and the specific things that matter to you that a generic search wouldn't capture.

Purchase & letting negotiation

MASBOD supports negotiation directly — on price, on timeline, on the terms that matter beyond headline figures. For letting, this includes sourcing tenants or properties, negotiating terms, and coordinating the practical handover. Throughout, MASBOD works alongside your own solicitor and financial advisers rather than replacing them; a property transaction always needs independent legal and tax advice, and MASBOD helps coordinate access to advisers experienced with the specific complexity of your situation.

Renovation & interior design oversight

For members renovating or redesigning a property, MASBOD coordinates the project — architects, contractors, and interior designers — so there's a single point of accountability rather than a project split across suppliers who don't naturally talk to each other. This includes managing timelines, flagging issues before they become expensive, and being the point of contact when something needs a decision and you're not available to make it immediately.

Ongoing household maintenance

Beyond acquisition and renovation, MASBOD coordinates the ongoing running of a property — scheduled maintenance, seasonal preparation, and the kind of household management that prevents small issues from becoming large ones.
